We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Own the full commercial lifecycle of the project, including cost planning, forecasting, budget control and value engineering to safeguard financial performance throughout all phases of construction.
• Contract & Procurement Management
Lead procurement strategies, negotiate subcontract packages, administer contracts (including variations, claims and final accounts), and ensure all commercial agreements are aligned with project objectives and compliance standards.
• Cost Reporting & Risk Analysis
Produce accurate monthly cost reports, cashflow projections and risk registers, proactively identifying financial exposures and implementing mitigation strategies to protect project margins.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with project managers, engineering teams, supply chain partners and client representatives to ensure clarity on scope, programme changes, commercial pressure points and contractual obligations.
• Change Control Oversight
Maintain rigorous oversight of change management processes, including detailed evaluation of change orders, pricing, impact assessments and documentation to ensure timely approvals and commercial transparency.
Must have 8+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects
EU Passport or RTW in the Netherlands is preferred
